Ekon, alongside her brother Gamba, traveled to Equestria from the zebraland to spread some news that the zebra population there alongside the tribe they came from wanted peace and try to reconnect with the rest of Equestria again, even tho it caused some few confusions from the NCR due to a healthy good residents of zebras there. Ekon and Gamba then settle in a town on shore, in which nearby is Stable 49. Ekon Is sometimes known as a medic at the local town folk and also a good fighter. She is also good friends with some of the residents there, such as Heartbeat and Calkie. In African language, Ekon means strong **In the Rainbow01 au:** She originally lives in Farasi as a filly, and then her family and she moved to Manehatten due to fears of not only the storm king rage, but also some gangs as well. At the age of 19, she became a member of the Equestria Military, and became one of the first zebras to join the ranks. Despite being a different yet similar species to the ponies, she made some friends there such as Heartbeat and Grassy Shot. She also made some other non pony friends as well, such as some griffins and rare enough, kirins. She was also put in a similar medical ranking as Heartbeat, as she was known to share some zebra technology from her homeland, which also inspires the zebras there to build their own bigger military base.
