2. User-Generated Content

You may upload images, create OC and plushie profiles, and leave comments. You agree not to post content that is harmful, illegal, offensive, or violates copyright laws. We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice.

3. Plushie and OC Profiles

You may create profiles for original and non-original characters (OC and NON-OC), including plushies. Profiles must be accurate and not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Photo Uploads

All uploaded images must follow our guidelines. Each image must be associated with at least one OC plush or NON-OC plush profile. Uploads must not contain explicit, violent, or offensive material.

5. Moderation

We actively moderate the site. Reports of rule violations will be reviewed, and action may be taken if necessary. Our moderation decisions are final.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your own content but grant PlushiesPlush.space a license to display it. You must not upload copyrighted materials unless you have permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
