She grew up in Ponyville with 2 mothers, [Lunyx](/tags/oc-colon-lunyx+fireheart) and another mysterious mare, but at a very young age she left leaving Rain with only one parent.
She Now lives with Firestorm at the Ponyville Apartments near the edge of town.
