Both of his supposed 'parents' are stallions, and haven't seen each other in months, but they can't stop thinking about each other, and have been in bad situations as a result of guilt and self-hate over it, abusing various substances. This somehow causes this pony to both look like a combination offspring of the two of them, but also to sound like he's perpetually drunk.
