Creator:[The Darkness](/profiles/The+Darkness)   Species/gender:Bat-winged Alicorn, male.   The ponysona of its creator, The Darkness is a representation of the two different sides of the creator. The first, a normally-sane, lighter version of himself which is far more approachable and kind to others. The other, a less sane, darker, more evil version of himself, far more emotionally volatile and more likely to be angered and annoyed at the world. Essentially, The Darkness is the embodiment of both the "good" parts of darkness and the "evil" parts of darkness, and depending on mood or other factors, can switch between forms at his leisure. He's usually seen in the dark form, though, thanks to the stresses of life he endures. The defacto father of [Alexandrine](/tags/oc-colon-alexandrine), if only because he's the pony form of her creator, she considers him as such.
