There's at least a chance where any creature in raider camp at least has some sort of guilt in their mind. Wing Crasher for example, is one of those now mentally sane creatures. He doesn't remember much about his younger self, though he does remember going on skirmish with some of the raiders, including a certain raider faction called the Ravengers. He was in that faction for a while, and was kinda desensitized to some of the messed up stuff there. One of the faction’s generals, Blister Flare, and some other raider ravengers were suspicious of Wing when he seemed to not kill anycreatures for a while.. In one moment, which leads to him wanting to get separated from the raider faction for a long time. Wing Crasher, who was told to break a mare’s wings off in front of her foal, took both her and the kid to a private area. Afterwards Wing unlocked the chains, and told them both to get out of the era, and get to a nearby town quickly. For the first time ever, he felt guilt, and felt more feelings than before. He doesn't want to hurt or kill anymore besides that one time. A few years later, right in the Ashen Region where part of the faction was ordered to camp there for a while, Wing Crasher saw an opportunity to warn the others about the faction, and some other dangers that's far, far worse than just raiders. Cutie mark: A x-ray of a wing bone broken He got his cutie mark by actually breaking somepony wing bone, though that's more of a slaver then just an average wastelander.
